If you have received your Guild approval email, double congratulations! Here are your next steps for becoming a Guild student at 160 Driving Academy:
State Requirements
If you are currently a resident of Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington DC, you will not be able to complete enrollment for 160 Driving Academy programs at this time.
Only residents of Alabama; Alaska; Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Delaware; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; Louisiana; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Missouri; Montana; Nebraska; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New Mexico; New York; North Carolina; North Dakota; Ohio; Oklahoma; Oregon; Pennsylvania; South Carolina; South Dakota; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Virginia; Washington; West Virginia; Wisconsin are eligible to enroll in 160 Driving Academy programs at this time.
1 — Make Sure You’re Eligible
Check to make sure you're eligible for your company's education benefit, right up to the first day of your courses. Go to the Guild home page and check your eligibility status in the upper right-hand corner. For more information about eligibility, contact Guild support.
2 — Confirm Your Spot
Once your Guild application is approved, you'll need to confirm your spot in 160 Driving Academy's program for the next start date.
Log in to your Guild account and visit your Applications page to confirm your spot, then either 160 Driving Academy or Guild will reach out to you with next steps.
Be sure to confirm your spot by the 29th day of the month before your start date, or February 27, if the start date is in March, or you will have to start in a later term.
3 — Create Your 160 Driving Academy Student Account - DO NOT do this until your start date
On your start date, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to create your student account at 160 Driving Academy. If you do not receive this email on your start date, make sure to check your spam folder and then reach out to 160 Driving Academy using info@160drivingacademy.com. Remember: do not create this account before your start date, or your tuition might not be covered by your employer.
Please be sure to use the same name, email address, and other personal information you used on your Guild application when creating your student account at 160 Driving Academy. Using different information may result in delays for your start at 160 Driving Academy.
After you create your student account, you'll be able to schedule your classes (if applicable), or your classes may automatically populate. This depends on your program, so please follow the directions provided by 160 Driving Academy to make sure you can access your coursework.
4 — Complete Your 160 Driving Academy Orientation Process
Make sure to take time to complete the 160 Driving Academy orientation process to learn more details about your program, expectations, and keys to your academic success!
5 - Schedule an Enrollment Call with a Branch Manager
Make sure you schedule a call with your local branch manager before program start in order to continue on in your program at 160 Driving Academy. Failure to do so may result in you being automatically dropped from the program or prevent you from continuing.
6 - Chat with Your Guild Growth Coach for Support
Once you've spoken with your 160 Driving Academy branch manager, you'll have a chance to talk with your Guild Growth Coach. This is the time to discuss your education and career aspirations, ask questions, and set goals for completing your program at 160 Driving Academy.
7 - Complete Your Coursework at 160 Driving Academy
Your Guild support network, along with your 160 Driving Academy support team, will be there to offer guidance and support throughout your program. Don't hesitate to reach out to Guild Support for help or 160 Driving Academy info@160drivingacademy.com with any questions you may have!
