If you have received your Guild approval email, double congratulations! Here are your next steps for becoming a Guild student at Arizona College of Nursing:
State Requirements
Only residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin are eligible to enroll in Arizona College of Nursing programs at this time.
Tech Requirements
Laptop Requirements: Students are responsible for providing their own laptop, which is used extensively in the BSN degree program. This is considered an admission requirement. Below are the minimum hardware and software specifications: Minimum Technology Requirements: MacOS Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, or Windows 10/11 22H2 operating system; Intel or AMD processor (CPU) 2.0 GHZ or greater. ARM-based processors are not supported. 8 GB RAM, 250GB SSD with at least 25 GB of free space at all times. Chromebooks are not compatible with the College’s software. iPad, Android, and Linux operating systems are not compatible with the College’s exam software. Wireless capability, Adobe Reader, Anti-virus protection. Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox web browsers. Webcam and microphone are required. Minimum System Requirements for Remote Testing. Hard drive: 4GB or higher of available space. RAM: 8GB or higher recommended; 4GB required. Webcam: Integrated camera or external USB camera supported by your operating system. 1 — Make Sure You're Eligible
Check to make sure you're eligible for your company's education benefit, right up to the first day of your courses. Go to the Guild home page and check your eligibility status in the upper right-hand corner. For more information about eligibility, contact Guild support.
2 — Submit Your Arizona College of Nursing Application
You will receive an email from Arizona College of Nursing with directions on how to apply for acceptance into your chosen program. Be sure to choose the same learning program on your Arizona College of Nursing application that you selected on the Guild application, or you may have to pay for the program on your own. Please also be sure to use the same name, email address, and other personal information you used on your Guild application when completing the Arizona College of Nursing application. Using different information may result in delays for your start at Arizona College of Nursing.
Make sure to read the email completely to understand what is required for your application.
1. Meet with Admissions Representative for an introductory call followed by an interview
2. Complete the application process and sign the enrollment agreement
3. Submit transcripts and proof of graduation
4. Complete/pass HESI entrance exam
5. Meet with Financial Aid to review program payment options

3 — Start Your FAFSA
Gather important documents and complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online. Use the Use the Arizona College of Nursing code 31150. Follow the detailed instructions provided by the Federal Student Aid office. When you're finished, you may be offered awards which you can accept or decline.

Per the Employer policy, each student enrolling in a program that is eligible for federal financial aid may be required to complete one or more of the following items before initial program enrollment and annually thereafter: FAFSA, financial aid packaging/awarding process, and accept any grant aid awarded. If any grants are accepted, they will be applied to tuition and mandatory fees before employer payment. If you have questions regarding your Employer education benefit policy, please consult Guild support. If you have questions about financial aid, please contact your learning provider's financial aid office.
4 — Send Your Transcripts to Arizona College of Nursing
If you have taken college classes before, Arizona College of Nursing will use your transcripts to complete your application. You may also have to submit your most recent high school transcripts.
Please contact any colleges you have attended and have them send your official transcripts directly to Arizona College of Nursing.

If you have previous education outside of the U.S. (i.e., foreign credentials), there are extra requirements to complete to enroll at Arizona College of Nursing.
• International Students Note: Applicants educated outside the United States must have transcripts (both high school and college) evaluated by one of the agencies listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) website at https://naces.org/members/
• Confirm requirements with Arizona College of Nursing's Admissions Department before paying out of pocket for an evaluation.

Transcript Release Form & Official Transcripts
• Signed transcript release form for all colleges and universities attended if the college GPA is to be used in the admission decision.
• Official transcripts for high school and all colleges/universities attended (if used in the admission decision) must be submitted within the first semester (or 16 weeks) of the first day of class to remain enrolled.
• International Students Note: Applicants educated outside the United States must have transcripts (both high school and college) evaluated by one of the agencies listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) website at https://naces.org/members/
Note: It may take 1-2 months for transcripts to arrive at Arizona College of Nursing, so order them as soon as possible.
5 — Get Your Books & Materials Ready
Get your books and other materials ready for your courses. Check the syllabus for each course to find out what you need, and be sure to keep your receipts - you may need them for returns or reimbursements.
6 — Pass the Withdrawal Period
Make sure you progress past the withdrawal period in order to stay enrolled in your program at Arizona College of Nursing. Failure to do so may result in you being automatically dropped from the program or prevent you from continuing.
7 — Chat with Your Guild Coach for Support
Once you've passed the withdrawal period, you'll have a chance to talk with your Guild Coach. This is the time to discuss your education and career aspirations, ask questions, and set goals for completing your program at Arizona College of Nursing.
8 — Complete Your Coursework at Arizona College of Nursing
