University of Denver - Frontline Manager Leadership Program Next Steps

Congratulations on taking the first steps toward achieving your educational and professional goals! Enrolling in the Frontline Manager Leadership Program (FMLP) will allow you to build upon your unique strengths and experiences, unlocking your potential to become the best version of YOU! Now that you have received your approval email from Guild, here are the next steps to take so that you can begin the FMLP Program next quarter:

1. Submit your application to the FMLP Program through the Univ. of Denver (DU). This should only take a couple of minutes to complete!

2. Soon after, you will receive a welcome email and text message from DU, which means that you’ve been accepted to the program and contains instructions on how to register for courses. You MUST respond to this email or text message in order to register for the program.

3. Sign-up for and attend DU orientation session (optional).

4. Complete the student success course on Canvas (optional).

5. Sign-up for and attend a DU preview session the week before the course starts (highly encouraged).

6. Start your educational journey!

1 — Submit your application to the FMLP Program through the Univ. of Denver (DU)

Note that this is the only step necessary to complete the admission process, and it should only take you a few minutes. If you are accepted, you will automatically be registered for the program.

2 — Once you’ve been accepted for the course

Upon admission to the FMLP program, DU will send an email and text message with instructions on how to register for the upcoming FMLP course - be sure to check your spam folder!

Set up DU technology as outlined in the welcome email (Log into PioneerWeb and set up your password and your DU email)

3 — Sign-up for and attend DU orientation session (optional):

4 — Complete the student success course on Canvas (optional):

5 — Attend preview session 1 week before course start (highly encouraged)

One week before the course starts you have the opportunity to attend Preview Week - sign up for a preview session. This is optional but highly recommended so you can feel prepared to be successful in the course on day 1!
