Congratulations!

Congrats on taking the first steps towards your education goals. Have you received your approval email from Guild? If not, don’t worry, you should receive an email within seven days of submitting your Guild application.

If you have received your Guild approval email, double congratulations! Here are your next steps for becoming a Guild student at Herzing University:

State Requirements

Certain programs have specific state requirements. Be sure to check with Herzing University to be sure you reside in a state that is supported by your program.

Tech Requirements

Students may be required to download software to complete coursework as part of this program and should have access to a personal computer in order to download and access the required software. This software may not be downloadable or accessible on an employer-issued computer.

Other Requirements

Some programs may have additional admissions requirements that include a minimum TEAS score, a Wonderlic test score, background check, drug screening, etc. Admissions advisors at Herzing will identify specific requirements during the admission process for your desired program.

1 — Make Sure You’re Eligible

Check to make sure you're eligible for your company's education benefit, right up to the first day of your courses. Go to the Guild home page and check your eligibility status in the upper right-hand corner. For more information about eligibility, contact Guild support.

2 — Submit Your Herzing University Application

After receiving your approval email from Guild, you will receive an email from an admissions advisor at Herzing University within 3-5 business days with directions on how to apply for acceptance into your chosen program. You do not need to fill out an inquiry form with Herzing prior to being contacted by your advisor. After your advisor emails you and you begin your Herzing application, be sure to choose the same learning program on your Herzing University application that you selected on the Guild application, or you may have to pay for the program on your own. Please also be sure to use the same name, email address, and other personal information you used on your Guild application when completing the Herzing University application. Using different information may result in delays for your start at Herzing University.

Make sure to read the email completely to understand what is required for your application.

Please note that as a part of the enrollment process, you will be required to speak with an Admissions Counselor at Herzing University.

Depending on your program of interest, you may also be required to provide references. If so, please follow the instructions provided by Herzing University in your application process, and request letters of recommendation from professional or academic references who can best speak to your ability to be successful in this program.

If any grants are accepted they will be applied to tuition and mandatory fees before the employer payment.
