Here are some helpful tips to set yourself up!


1 — Meet Your Guild Growth Coach

By this point, you will receive an email to get connected with your Guild Growth Coach who will help you throughout your classes.

2 — Check eligibility

Before classes start, make sure you’re still eligible for your company’s education benefits by signing into your Guild account and checking your eligibility status in the upper right-hand corner. Contact Guild support to learn more about what eligibility means at your company.
 

3 — Sign in to your me365 email

This will be your Bellevue email account, and it’s important to check it regularly for information about classes and available resources. You should have received an email from Bellevue containing your sign-in info.

4 — Mark your calendar

Get excited for your first day! You can find your start date in your BRUIN portal by clicking the “Manage classes” tile.

5 — Review the syllabus

You can find the syllabus for each of your classes in Cyberactive 2-3 days before the course opens. Make sure you know the participation requirements for each class.

6 — Add/drop classes

If you need to adjust your class schedule, you can add or drop classes as needed during your first seven days. After that, you won’t be able to add or drop classes without potential academic and financial consequences. Remember, if you have questions, or even just want to talk, you can always set up some time with your Guild coach.
