Step 2: Re-enroll after 6 months
Great work on finishing your first 6 months! If you have not graduated from your program yet and are still eligible, you may re-enroll in your program. Here are the next steps you should take in order to continue your journey through EnGen:
1 — Log back into Guild and view your eligibility
As long as you are eligible for your employer education benefit at the end of your current six month access period, your access to your program will continue for another six months. To find out about your eligibility, you can view your eligibility status within your Guild Student Home.
2 — Confirm your next enrollment
Prior to beginning your next EnGen program, you’ll need to confirm you plan to re-enroll. Confirming your enrollment secures your spot for your defined EnGen start date. Your start date can be found in your Approval email. You can confirm your enrollment within your Guild portal. Look out for email and text reminders to complete this step!
3 — Explore your resources
There are lots of EnGen resources for you to explore as you go through your classes. You can continue to schedule group sessions and meet with your Guild Growth Coach. You can also download the EnGen app where you can check out the grammar guide, pronunciation practice, and vocabulary flashcards to gain extra practice.
4 — Plan for the future
Work with your Guild Growth Coach to decide on your next step after completing a 6-month license. If you decide to re-enroll in EnGen again, your Guild Growth Coach will help you through the process.
